Export Classification is the process for determining if hardware, software, technical data, or services are controlled under the ITAR or EAR.  Excelerate performs export classification according to the order of review where the commodity is first evaluated against the ITAR U.S. Munitions List (USML), and, if not under the USML, then the under the EAR Commerce Control List (CCL) to determine the requirements for export.  This ensures the proper classification is provided every time.
